"When Calum and I started working together, I was in the 3rd year of my academy contract at Saracens and had gained limited exposure at 1st team level. I was ready to take my game to the next level but wasn't quite sure where to start.

The work we did enabled me to get clarity on what I wanted to get out of my career and the ways in which I most needed to grow and develop. He has always made me feel as if he's as passionate about me reaching my goals as I am, often coming up with new targets, ideas and strategies to keep me moving forwards.

He challenged my mentality and I've felt significant development and growth in my mindset as a result. I've now become what I can only describe as a truer version of myself. This in turn has led to my levels of performance improving significantly.

Over recent years, I have had to navigate a number of serious injuries and the support I have received during these times has kept me motivated and helped me to bounce back to find my best form again.
