“When Calum and I started working together, I was in the 3rd year of my academy contract at Saracens and had gained limited exposure in the 1st team. I was ready to take my game to the next level but wasn’t quite sure how.
The work we did enabled me to get a much better grip on the emotional component of my performance and clarity on my identity as a player. This enabled me to train more consistently and earn my opportunities to play in the 1st team.
As a result, I signed my first senior contract at Saracens before making my international debut for Scotland in the 2022 6 Nations. Over recent years, I have had to navigate a number of serious injuries and the support I have received during these times has enabled me to bounce back and find my form again.
I am grateful for the impact this work has had on my career and recommend it to anyone that is looking to take their performance to the next level.”
