"Calum and I started working together during a difficult period in my career. I had been dropped from the England squad, dropped from the Saracens starting team, and despite a promising start, my career was in danger of fizzling out.

Our work helped me to professionalise my approach, building much better habits around my preparation, training, and recovery. Over time, these changes made a significant and lasting impact on my ability to perform at my best in the biggest moments.

Whilst success didn't come overnight, our sessions kept me focused and motivated so that when my opportunity eventually came, I was in position to make the most of it.
