"When Calum and I started working together, I had hit a stuck point in my career. I had been dropped from Leicester's starting team, was out of contract at the end of the season, and was struggling to find form after a number of injuries and concussions.

Our work enabled me to get clarity on what I wanted to achieve with the rest of my career and gave me the belief that I was capable of more than I could currently see for myself. From there, we focused on developing a really credible process that would make the most of my abilities and give me the best chance of achieving my ambitions.

As a result I have gone on to achieve things I never thought possible in the beginning. I had largely given up on the prospect of playing international rugby so to make my debut for Wales in our second season of working together was way beyond my expectations.

I can't recommend this work highly enough and my only regret is that I didn't start it sooner!"
