"When Calum and I started working together, I had hit a stuck point in my career. I had been dropped from the Leicester starting team, was out of contract at the end of the season, and was struggling to find form after a number of injuries and concussions.

Our work enabled me to get clarity on what I wanted to achieve with the rest of my career. We then focused on developing a credible process for myself that would give me the best chance of achieving my ambitions.

As a result, I have gone on to achieve things I never thought possible in the beginning. I had largely given up on the prospect of playing international rugby, so to make my debut for Wales was a special moment. I am hugely grateful for the impact this work has had on my life - both on and off the field."
