"When Calum and I started working together, I was making my way back from a significant knee injury and started the season on loan at Ampthill.

Our work together helped me to navigate the inevitable challenges that come with life in elite sport and kept me focused on what I could do to keep myself moving forward.

As a result, I was able to develop much better habits and routines for myself around my training and preparation which ultimately fed through to the way I performed under pressure.

I finished the season as a Premiership champion before earning my first England cap and securing a place in the squad at the 2023 Rugby World Cup.

The work we did was instrumental in helping me to achieve these outcomes and I am grateful to have had access to this kind of support at such a critical time in my development."
