"When Calum and I started working together, I felt like I was lost, both in my career and in my personal life. I was working my way back from a serious knee injury, had gained very little exposure at 1st team level and started the season on loan at Ampthill.

The work we did enabled me to get a much better grip on the psychological component of my performance and develop better habits around my training and preparation. Over time, this has helped me to perform more consistently under pressure and has been instrumental in what I have been able to go on and achieve since.

I contribute a lot of my development as a player and a person to the work we have done together and I am incredibly grateful to have had access to this support at such a pivotal time in my career."
